Recycle Symbols

The universal recycling symbol is an internationally recognized symbol used to designate recyclable materials. It is composed of three mutually chasing arrows that form a Möbius strip (an unending single-sided looped surface).


Recyclable symbols are widely used nowadyas to mark products made from specific materials that are suitable for recycling depending on whether there is a collection mechanism in place within the local community for those particular materials. Simply put, the product that contains a recycle symbol can be recycled. Other term, that is called 'Recycled' shouldn't be confused with this term, 'Recyclable'. The former is used on the packaging when a product already contains some recycled material.
